Refunds & Returns Policy (Pilavita)

Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at info@pilavita.store with your order number and a description of the issue.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us process your request quickly, include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Intimate or hygiene items, if the seal or packaging has been opened
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item and need a replacement, please contact us. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll send the correct item or a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll then be informed whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@pilavita.store.

Return address
The return address will be provided in your approval email and shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
